Student Support Services (Special Education)

At Meeteetse Schools, we believe that all children deserve the chance to learn, grow, and become Life Ready. Our special education team supports those students who require extra help because of an educational disability. We work closely with families to create Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that are tailored to each student’s strengths, needs, and goals. 

Through the IEP process, the team, including the family, develops an IEP to help the student with disabilities through specialized services and classroom accommodations. We provide services both in the regular classroom as well as in small-group and 1:1 settings. Our goal is to make sure every student feels included, valued, and confident in their learning.
